Have The freedom to be yourself

A woman in recovery, a survivor of domestic violence, but most importantly, a human that no matter what happens doesn't give up fighting to get everything I want out of this life. Proof that you can come back from bad circumstances and build the life you want.

I struggled with addiction for most of my life. I was bullied as kid. I was stuck in a pattern of abusive relationships. I was in and out of jail, homeless, and hopeless. I started out with nothing, no confidence, no self-esteem, nothing but a bag of clothes and built a life from scratch. My journey began working from the inside out to build confidence and self-worth to gain true happiness. I continued to fight even when I didn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I continue to prove to myself that anything is possible because I absolutely refuse to take no for an answer. I didn’t get any of this on the first try. I share my life hoping it will give other people hope and motivation to go for what they want and have the freedom to be themselves. Changing your mindset can really change your life. This is not a practice run. This is your life and this is your chance to make it happen. Let go of other people’s opinions and do what makes you happy.
